Look what we have been up to recently...

This term we were lucky to have a Viking visit us and we found out lots of interesting facts. We experienced what life was like working in a press room during our English newspaper work. Tight deadlines were met to research, write, edit and produce our Viking newspaper.

Reading at Home:

A reading record can be found with your child's homework folder. It should be completed at least 3 times per week (by an adult) to record reading at home

Pupils will also receive a piece of written maths homework alongside preparing for their mental maths and timetable targets.

Reading Online:

Children can now access reading books online. The class teacher will have set up reading books online at each child's current book band. Login details will have been given to each child at the start of the year. Click the image below to link to the 'Bug Club' website.
